21st century Love story…

It was first tales of myths and legends how the Gods will test a man to be worthy to love a woman, love then had dignity. Then it was off to Arabian nights and shadows from the fire, the allure of their bodies u can see through fire as it illuminates their see through attire showing curves and cups of a goddess….

The story goes on back and forth even to cave men years of hitting her on the head to make her love u as you knock her out….. We know we can’t forget our ever loved Shakespeare 4 Romeo and Juliet…. So is it still the same over and over again till the end of time even dinosaurs will say the same tale for you……

A mans might is tested by his strength, wisdom, valour and a whole other things but his weakness by how much he keys into his emotions….. Are we to do without them or are we to train ourselves to control them the answer is beyond me…. In this world where brothers turn on brothers you’ll think the safest place to find a sense of hope n security is in the 1 you love, but naaaaa………

Love these days is determined by the amount of flashy gizmo you can afford or rather your external outlook if it depicts class not by what your intentions are. I’ve seen a first class fool with a 1 of a kind sweetheart fit to be a queen but rather she’ll prefer to be a slave to a man that can afford her bill……

the aftermath of this irrational decision is unhappiness denial of self…. There’s the case of playing it safe here we go for person we are expected to date who we know we have some sort of control over or can guide us in some way, such coursed thought we have because we always want control or can’t handle if Fools we are….

Cupid has lost his job to Cash and Swag the 2 new angels of love that we invented. Flowers and Chocolate on valentine and a day or experiencing love has now turned to the day of showing of what your man got you be it a new car or jewels worth over $1000 to friends and deciding on which MAGA spent the most on you so we can decide which to let go off….

Blackberry is the new home maker for couples no more long horny moons trips 4 2 to the Bahamas just to be alone now it sending pictures of kisses via blackberry to say i love you…. Chatting all day with each other rather than seating down to build a relationship and know each other we message our feeling if they are true because writing are always calculated relationships break so easy because social networks are our new dating venues……

Men longer have to conjure up words to woo a lady now all that’s needed is a car worth over a million Naira a/c and decent looks and she’s all your security has been traded for a sense of chase, pursuit or self-development. We can’t start meaningful and decent conversations because in the first place we had none all we had was a mirage and facade of money as the ultimate game which isn’t….

Watching movies Such as ” the pretty woman” etc you realize that love was not about the Ferrari like we are being made to believe but its about the build up to it. take a look at “HITCH”, he had to earn her love and trust buy he just being him that’s a love story…

I asked my mum how my dad n she got married the whole love story and she told me a tail of test and trials of sincerity of his love for and her feelings 4 him and as she told me she had a smile on her face as she remembered the memories it made her smile…. A story of true love brings joy to the heat when remembered.

A love tale to be told is that of love in its purest rough like unrefined diamond but cut to get out its true beauty tested buy water and a sharp knife until you find that jewel we all know as BLING or DIAMOND… No wonder tales were told bout Romeo and Juliet because of the strife they endured to profess their love….

Is that the same in this our 21st century? Is money fame and class our profession of love or attributes to endear love in us….We’ll just have to wait when it’s all over…..
